This mango custard is ideal for indulgence in summers, especially if you’re craving something more fruity than chocolaty. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. Check out the recipe below:
Peel a few mangoes and cut them into large chunks or use frozen mango. Place mango chunks into a blender, along with the evaporated milk. Puree until smooth, and then pour into a large bowl.
While the mango purees, heat water. Add gelatine and sugar and to hot water and stir for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
Add ice cubes to mango mixture, then pour in gelatine mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Pour mixture into individual ramekins and chill for at least 3 hours.
To serve, heat the ramekins by dipping them into a bowl of hot water (don’t let it touch the pudding), then use a knife to loosen and invert on a plate or serve in the ramekins.
Optional: garnish mango custard with a diced kiwi, leftover diced mango, and squeeze of lime juice.
Nutella and Oreo Cheesecake
This no-bake cheesecake is extremely easy and surely will satisfy your sweet tooth. Check it out:
Crush the biscuits till coarse. Add in the melted butter and compress evenly at the base of a bowl/glass. Chill in the refrigerator.
Whisk the cream cheese till smooth.
Add in the condensed milk/ sugar and beat till mixed well.
Add in the melted chocolate and Nutella.
Put into the bowls. Garnish with an Oreo biscuit if you like and refrigerate till set.

Take any fruit of your choice (strawberries, kiwi, or mango)
Take heavy cream milk
Blend any fruit of your choice with the milk and add some sugar/condensed milk to it if required
Pour the juice into the popsicles and put them in the freezer for about 3-4 hours.
Strawberry Snickers Sticks
Make this healthy summer dessert by threading cut-up candy and sliced strawberries onto bamboo skewers. Here is the recipe:
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thread the strawberries onto bamboo skewers, alternating with the Snickers pieces. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, transfer the frozen fruit kebabs to a serving platter, sprinkle the coarse sea salt if required
