Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Drive growth across the user funnel—from new user acquisition to engagement and customer retention • Identifying “opportunities for innovation, increased efficiencies, and outsized impact"
Building “highly personalized experiences” that “span every digital touchpoint”
The user experience includes optimizing support flows- as well as conducting basic user research and gathering customer feedback (to inform future product development and optimization)
Requirements:
Good with analytics and data visualization-- Deep, flexible, and comprehensive analytics covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to product usage (engagement)
Engagement and optimization-- Tools to quickly spin up new experiments, test hypotheses, and move faster • Project management-- Experience of working in a matrix environment and managing multiple activities/projects
